Our Reconciliation Action Plan
No to Violence aims to elevate First Nations’ voices in the men’s family and domestic violence sector. We also seek to embed First Nations’ culture across No to Violence as we become an organisation where First Nations’ peoples, cultures and histories are celebrated and acknowledged.
Inclusion
No to Violence is a feminist and Child Safe organisation. We acknowledge the gendered nature of domestic and family violence and centre the safety and empowerment of women and children in all that we do. We are committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and to upholding the rights of all people to participate in environments that are safe, respectful, and free from discrimination.
We value people of all backgrounds, including culturally and racially marginalised communities, people with disabilities, and people of all faiths. We celebrate and welcome the LGBTIQA+ community including people of diverse sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, and intersex status.
