The purpose of these focus groups is to gain insight and understanding from you around the pathways you took into this specialist workforce.

The skills, knowledge, training and qualifications you hold and any potential gaps or barriers that you have come across that you feel might improve recruitment and retention in this space.

We want to see this workforce grow and specialised staff feel supported in the important work that you do. This is your opportunity to tells us your perspective and professional opinion on how best to achieve this!

Focus group 3: Thursday 12 June 10.30 – 11.30am

Focus group 4: Monday 16 June 11am – 12pm
