Projects that aim to address men’s use of domestic ands family violence.
This project seeks to better understand this specialist workforce by mapping the education, training and employment pathways into careers in working with PUFV. The project builds on other work to date, like the Responding to Family Violence Capability Framework 2025 (Capability Framework) which mapped the foundational skills and capability required for all practitioners who respond to family violence. Findings will inform future efforts to build a skilled and sustainable workforce of specialist prevention and response sectors.
