Professionals who may come in contact with family violence victim survivors or adults using family violence while providing universal services.

- 1 day, online facilitator led learning (9.30am to 4.30pm)
- 1 day, in person facilitator led learning will be available in future – contact MARAM@ntv.org.au to register your interest.
Learning objectives:
On successful completion of this training, participants will be able to practice concepts related to working with adults using family violence, including:
- Applying MARAM foundational knowledge and practice guidance to identification MARAM practice responsibilities.
- Identifying indicators for an adult likely to be using family violence by observation of common narratives and behaviours, including denial, minimisation, justification, and externalisation of responsibility for violence.
- Developing understanding and confidence in safe engagement and appropriate questioning to support identifying family violence risk.
- Understanding how and when to use the Identification Tool in practice.
